Refund Process

Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be processed only if the product arrives damaged due to issues during shipping or transit. If the product is damaged upon arrival, the customer can either choose to have the item resent or receive a refund for the damaged product.

Shipping Fees: In cases of damaged products, shipping fees will be borne by the company. We will cover the shipping charges if the product is deemed eligible for a refund or replacement.

No Return or Replacement: We do not accept returns or replacements unless the product is damaged during transit. If the product is damaged, please contact us immediately at info@ayurvedaone.co.in with the necessary details and images of the damage.

In such cases, the company will either:

  • Resend the product (as per the customer’s preference), or
  • Provide a full refund.

Important Notes

  • No Need for Return: If the product is damaged, there is no need to return the product unless specifically requested by the company based on the claim or situation.
  • Refund Processing: Once your claim is processed and approved, a refund will be issued through your original payment method.
