What is Ayurveda One’s Shipping Policy?
At Ayurveda One, we are committed to delivering your products in excellent condition and as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are delivered within 2-3 business days. However, please note that shipments are not processed on weekends or national holidays. Delivery times may also be affected by factors such as high web traffic, transit issues, or unforeseen challenges faced by our delivery team. In the event of a delay, we will ensure you are promptly informed via email, phone, or SMS.
If any of your ordered products are out of stock or require fresh preparation, you will be notified in advance. We always strive to provide a seamless shopping experience and keep you informed every step of the way.
What are Ayurveda One’s shipping rates?
- Free Delivery: Enjoy free shipping on orders above Rs.1000 (excluding certain products).
- Shipping for Orders Below Rs.1000: Shipping charges for orders below Rs.1000 vary based on delivery location. Liquid items incur higher charges as they are shipped via roadways.
- One-Day Delivery: Available only in Bangalore upon special request, with an additional shipping fee. For overnight delivery, please call 8123875600 for details and pricing.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details. The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor your product as it makes its way to you.
Reasons for Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:
- National holidays or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., heavy rain, storms, natural calamities).
- Shipping partner issues or challenges in accessing the delivery location.
- Incorrect address or unavailability of stock.
